THE GARDEN -
HEALTHY CHOICE AND VEGETARIAN OPTIONS

Complimenting the menu will be “healthy” choices and vegetarian options every meal.

SALAD BAR - Our self-serve salad bar will offer a tossed green salad with a variety of toppings and dressings with a minimum of two lo-calorie dressings. Standard daily toppings will consist of at least one meat item, one meat substitute item, shredded cheese, and at least two specialty salads.

WRAPS - Our wraps consist of Grecian Delight’s finest recipes for fresh and delicious “Planet Pita” wraps. These items will be found at the Block & Barrel station.

VEGETARIAN ENTREES - Each day will consist of an entrée focused on food choices that will meet corporate standards, client’s desires, and support vegetarian and dietary guidelines. These entrees will be designed to meet the culture of the university or college from vegetarian to vegen to organic depending on the need.

FRUIT - We offer fresh fruit choices rotated daily. Choices selected from apples, oranges, melons, bananas, pears, grapefruit halves, peaches, strawberries, tangerines, grapes, and other seasonal fruit. Rotation is to provide variety. Canned fruit is also available.

LOWFAT MUFFINS - A lowfat muffin is provided on a daily basis as a healthy choice during the morning hours. We try to mix up the flavors to give guests a variety.

HEALTHY SUB LINE - The made-to-order sandwiches will be made with fresh baked sub rolls, 99% fat free turkey, 97% fat free ham, and roast beef, pre-sliced meats and precooked hot meats. The subs will be garnished with choices of fresh vegetables and spreads.

VEGETARIAN PIZZA - The basic recipe will start with a light, buttery flavored dough, ladled full of sweet tasting marinara sauce that is flavored with olive oil, parmesan cheese, and authentic Italian herbs and spices all topped with 100% mozzarella cheese. High quality, fresh vegetables will be made-to-order and baked in the restaurant.

VEGGIE BURGER - This item consists of a delicious vegetable patty product that is grilled to perfection and topped by the customer with a choice of burger toppings from the condiment bar.
