RESERVATIONS
Please allow 48 hours prior to the event when scheduling your events. Any changes or confirmations should be made 24 hours in advance. Any notice less than 24 hours will be handled upon availability of menu scheduling arrangements.
DELIVERY
There will be a $10.00 service charge for delivery and set-up. If an event requires clean up service there may be an additional charge.
VALET SERVICES
Valet Charges are as follows:
- Wait Staff $10.50 per hour with 4 hour minimum
- Bartender $20.00 per hour with 4 hour minimum
SERVICE CHARGE
A service charge of 15% will be added to all catering invoices.
CORPORATE EVENTS
Food Services, Inc. will work directly with you to customize your menu. We can assist in setting up rental arrangements of any tents, chairs, tables, etc., to help assure the success of your event.
CATERING MENU SERVICES
Our comprehensive catering menu will quote price selections, service options, and will offer both low and high budgets. Throughout the service of the contract we will review menu items that are trendy or popular in the industry and introduce creative and innovative ideas. Our presentation will be cutting edge. The catering staff will go through continuous training to remain up to date with latest garnish techniques, plate presentations, and buffet set ups. We will refine the menu as needed and remove or add items when appropriate.

CUSTOMIZING YOUR MENUS
It is the goal of Food Services, Inc. to satisfy multicultural expectations by communicating and understanding what our clients desire. It is our responsibility to deliver that expectation and use whatever resources available to accomplish the groups’ food and service goals. We will work with individual groups to understand their menus so that we can make sure we have a supplier that can get us ingredients needed. We will make sure we communicate at the time the event is set up what special ingredients are needed or cooking techniques are used so that there is time to research anything that is needed to serve the group.
We will incorporate our Sysco Brands Arrezzio Pizza and Block & Barrel Subs into the catering program. We will work with individual groups to address any local, regional, or national brands that may be of interest for their event that may highlight the occasion. Customers looking for a gourmet coffee, we will make available Starbuck’s Coffee.
PROFESSIONAL WAIT SERVICE
Waitress/Waiter services provided will meet the expectations of the customer. We will supply anything from a service attendant to full service wait staff to address service needs of the customer. We currently work with a professional wait staff service that we schedule according to needs from our University/College/business accounts.
LARGE EVENTS
The on dining services management team working with our corporate operational support team will handle large events. We have a team of trained professional skilled catering and production managers that will be brought in to help support the local management team. They will work in coordination with the local team to organize, staff, plan, and implement the set-up, production, and service of the event.

UPSCALE CATERING SERVICES
Current trends in catering include display cooking such as carving stations, wok stations, omelet stations, and flaming desserts and entrée stations. We have noticed that dining services are looking for an upscale look at a reasonable price. We pride ourselves on delivering an upscale program. Signature items and creative menu ideas are very trendy at the moment and Food Services, Inc. would work with all of our clients to develop signature items that would work with your menus.
HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES
The healthy choice and vegetarian items are also becoming popular and Food Services, Inc. works continually researching items and cooking techniques that will meet this market’s needs. Sauteing has grown in popularity and has become a cooking technique used in many catering items such as Veal Chop Milanese, Wild Mushroom and Leek with Brown Rice, Red Snapper, Chicken Breasts with Spinach Prosciutto and many other dishes. Food Service, Inc. will follow industry trends continually and implement new, creative, and exciting concepts as they become available and accepted.
CUSTOMER FOCUSED STAFF TRAINING
Training is focused on guest relations. We have implemented a program for catering training similar to other training programs in place. It is customer focused. Through our training techniques we will ensure consistency with regard to quality, portions, presentations, set-up, etc.

FLEXIBLE PLANNING
Food Services, Inc. understands the pressures of planning events and the need for flexibility and the ability to adapt. We plan production for a five percent increase in production over the amount ordered in order to ensure enough food production for events as well as set rooms for a five percent increase in numbers. We will communicate with our clients to assure that to the best of our capabilities, service issues are resolved. We will work to come up with satisfactory solutions for our customers. Some of the things we have done in the past to address these issues are to substitute additional numbers with an item that we have in stock or change service styles to accommodate large number increases. This might include pre-plating items or adding a beverage or dessert station in the increase in numbers would affect service according to the number of servers that may have been originally scheduled.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SURVEY
We will follow up each event with a customer service survey to enable immediate feedback about our services. The catering director will meet with individuals in person to detail execution of the event and make sure all details are noted. Our staff is trained to provide best scenario food options for each event and will set up your event in an artistic manner making your event a display. Each event will be handled with careful detail. The staff is educated in training servers so that service will meet the same standards that we hold for the food preparation.
