John Stewart – President & Chief Executive Officer
John started Food Services, Inc. more than 20 years ago here in Milwaukee, WI. He takes an active role in the company seeing existing and new clients on a regular basis. John is involved in all aspects of the company; financial, operational, personnel, and business development, as it continues to grow. Prior to starting Food Services, Inc. in 1991, John has held executive positions with global food management companies. John contributes to both civic and cultural organizations in the greater Milwaukee and Sarasota areas. John is a graduate of Saint Louis University.
Lynn Sonnenberg – Chief Operating Officer
Lynn has a wealth of knowledge in the food service management especially the College and University markets. As the COO, Lynn is responsible for all day to day operations of the company and all divisions. He ensures that the dining and vending programs are meeting the contract specifications and ensuring our clients and customers experience quality services.
Prior to joining Food Services, Inc. in 2007, Lynn was a Vice President and Regional Manager for a global food management company. Lynn is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
Paul Idsvoog, MBA- Vice President Operations
Paul is responsible for food service management operations. With more than 20 years of experience, He oversees the Regional and District Managers to ensure the best quality and service to the clients and customers. Paul has a vast knowledge of all aspects of the Higher Education, K-12, and Business Dining. His experience ranges from contract provided services to overseeing large independent accounts such as California State University – Fresno and the Fresno Unified School District where he was both Director of Child Nutrition and Budget Director for the 4th largest school district in the State of California. Paul is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and an MBA from the Colorado State University.
Tom Cooper, CPA- Chief Financial Officer
Tom is responsible for financial control and planning for Food Services, Inc. He is also responsible for oversee the accounting department and working with other departments to achieve financial goals. He has worked for Food Services, Inc. for more than 12 years. He has operational understanding of multiple aspects of food service operations. Tom is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Robert Adamus, MS, RD – Vice President Sales
Bob is responsible for development of new clients for the company. He has spent more than 20 years working all aspects of food service management. He has a background in nutrition, conference center management, event planning and related services. Bob is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University, MS from Case Western Reserve University, a Registered Dietitian and a member of the American Dietetic Association.
